LaClara – Castillo Washed 2

Been brewing this Castillo Washed from La Clara Coffee Roasters, and I absolutely love it in the AeroPress.

It shines when filtered; you get some of that espresso-like depth, but the paper filter adds this clean layer that transforms the cup. It becomes incredibly crisp, almost refreshing, with a clarity that lets every note come through.

Vanilla, almonds, caramel, and mandarin;  it’s all there, but in a delicate, well-balanced way. Just a beautiful, clean cup that makes the AeroPress feel like magic.
