It’s been a long time since I used my @aeropress and I’ve ‘stored’ some special coffee from @johanochnystrom to see how they’ve turned out after some time in a vacuum-sealed bag.
Today I’m trying their Sweet Serenity, and it was actually tastier after being vacuum sealed for a while. That’s often the case with coffee that has warm, sweet fruit flavors, such as blueberries, plums, and other types of stone fruits.
In my Aeropress, this turned out really clean and super juicy! I like to push it a few degrees extra when brewing coffee, then it feels just right!
