This will be the twelfth time Budhas Kafferosteri enters kaffenytt, who is one of my favorite coffee roasters. Last time I reviewed Budhas Kafferosteri was last week, and this week we’ll do the same. It’s another sample of coffee from El Salvador, it’s natural processed (my favorite), the expectation is high!
What hits me first is a very light and gentle coffee. It’s a great balance between acidity, sweetness, and complexity. I’ve only brewed this as a pour-over and I know that this is where it shines, you could probably Aeropress it, but being able to handle everything with your V60 is my favorite way of exploring high-end coffee.
