Johan & Nyström – Kenya Kiringa AA – Revisit

I had to revisit this coffee since I had a little bit left. It still tastes good, it’s not as acidic, it’s smoother, and it has complexity to it instead.

One of my favorite coffee origins is Kenyan coffee. The fresh berry and acidic punch in your cup are some of the typical notes I adore in Kenyan beans.

With Kenya Kiringa AA from @johanochnystrom, you’ll discover a harmonious blend of blackberries, brown sugar, and red currants, creating a fruity and sweet sensation.

For my brew, I used the @aeropress without a paper filter, which made it more robust and resulted in more coffee oil in the final cup, making it less clean but still fresh and sweet. While it wasn’t my preferred method for brewing espresso with this coffee, it was a unique experience.
