Day 15 – @Kafferaven Specialty Coffee Advent Calendar
Woho another Nicaraguan coffee!
As usual we get this creamy nougaty coffee with a lot of nuts and chocolate.
The name Ojo De Agua is something that I remember, so I searched for it on Kaffenytt.com and saw that this is a coffee I’ve reviewed July the 30th 2020. The flavors I wrote at that time was: “This coffee was very clean and had a very apparent balanced flavor between toasted nuts, brown butter, and figs”. However it’s quite different today.
Depending on how the nature has been during the coffee season and everything around it, taste will be a bit different. And this is what’s pretty awesome with coffee; it gets its flavor from everything around it.
Per said in their daily video that it’s a great morning coffee and for me it was my morning coffee and I couldn’t agree more!
