Another month and another lovely box of subscription coffee from Kafferaven.
Today we have a coffee from Honduras that’s only been here for one season. So it’s a newcomer to their arsenal of amazing coffee.
Los Hermanos is as I wrote a coffee from Honduras, and it’s not an origin that gets reviewed on my channels that often. And maybe it should! This coffee has so much chocolate (like 80% cacao) flavor, it’s so balanced that I could recommend this to any coffee drinker. No one can dislike this, that’s what a balanced chocolatey coffee can do.
You can brew this with a lot of different brewers. For today’s video a brewer that was crowdfunded, it’s @aprilcoffeecph lovely combination of brewer to cup. It’s a lovely 4 part brewer that I really recommend by my neigbours in Denmark. As I wrote above, you get a lot of dark chocolate, some creamy nut butter and lastly nectarine.
As usual the coffee from these subscriptions from @kafferaven is making me so happy, it’s really nice to get a coffee that’s “seasonal”, and for me it has almost been a hit every time.
