Kicking off semla season in a very different way!
It’s actually not a traditional semla at all, it’s more of a “semla pastry” from @kaffepralin. For years, I’ve been buying their special version with raspberry cream and white chocolate in the almond paste. But this year, they’ve switched it up into a beautiful little cake instead!
It was filled with almond paste and white chocolate mousse, topped with a lovely coating that reminded me of coffee. Such a fun and totally unique start to the season. Has anyone else tried a non-traditional semla yet?
