I was at the Hindersmässan last week (a fair in Örebro), and after seeing a post from @cityorebro, I got such a craving for @morcarins ostkaka, because everyone spoke so lovely about it.
Naturally, I bought one, warmed it in the oven, and served it with lightly sugared blackberries and lightly whipped cream!
I read up on them a bit later, and Mor Carin’s seems to be the real deal. Everything is done by hand, from the labels to the cheese curd, and they really pour their love into it. Apparently, the process takes about a day. Impressive! <3
