Sofias Choklad – White Chocolate covered Freeze Dried Mango

This is from @sofiachoklad.se in Örebro. As always, it is hard to leave the shop with just one thing, you end up wanting more.

Here we have freeze-dried mango, at least I think it is, since it is fluffy and airy like meringue. It is dipped in white chocolate and tastes amazing.

Perfect to enjoy with a cup of coffee while watching something fun.
