Day 3 – @Kafferaven Specialty Coffee Advent Calendar
A lovely coffee from the western region of Kenya. It’s pretty unusual for a Kenyan coffee to be processed like this. It brings different flavors than I’m used to, to a Kenyan coffee – which makes it very special.
Today’s coffee has a lot of grape, dark chocolate and citrus flavors all over the place. I used a Hario V60 to brew this coffee and it came out great!
