Kafferäven Per Nordby – Subscription – Finca Libre

This was another coffee from the Advent Calendar, I really liked this Nicaraguan coffee and it will be pretty nice sharing a whole bag this time!

A very tasty coffee from Nicaragua, it’s super clean and has a great balance between the levels of sweetness and acidity. I could actually say that it’s a little more acidic than it is sweet, but for me it’s great – a great balance.

So this tasty coffee will have dark chocolate (not like 80-90, a bit lower than that), some honey and this makes an amazing Central American experience. This is what I love with Central American coffee; this is what makes it special for me.

As usual the coffee from these subscriptions from @kafferaven is making me so happy, it’s really nice to get a coffee that’s “seasonal”, and for me it has almost been a hit every time.
