This was another coffee from the Advent Calendar, and I’m pretty happy to drink a whole bag of it since it’s was so good!
This is a lovely coffee from the western region of Kenya. It’s pretty unusual for a Kenyan coffee to be processed like this. It brings different flavors than I’m used to, to a Kenyan coffee – which makes it very special.
Today’s coffee has a lot of grape, dark chocolate and citrus flavors all over the place. I used a Hario V60 to brew this coffee and it came out great!
As usual the coffee from these subscriptions from @kafferaven is making me so happy, it’s really nice to get a coffee that’s “seasonal”, and for me it has almost been a hit every time.
