Espresso Martini – Alcohol Free – Järn

I’m back in Sweden, and I wanted to make something nice for the post this Thursday. I wanted to have an Espresso Martini, but I wanted it alcohol-free. So I, of course, used @jarnbrands. I used their Hvit, but I want to try their darker version instead; maybe it does something different that I might like?

I used my normal ratio of:

4cl Vodka
2cl Kahlúa
2cl Espresso

What I did was:
4cl Hvit
2cl Coffee syrup that I made using simple syrup and coffee
2cl Espresso

I made some espresso using my espresso machine from @delonghisverige, used all the liquids with coffee, and just poured it into my shaker with a lot of ice. Shaken until the exterior was cold, then double strain. That’s all, really.

I’m not really happy with the result; I want a more robust flavor. It could be changing Hvit to Original and maybe making a more coffee-heavy syrup. We’ll see!
